WW1 100th Anniversary

It was a memorial day of making 100 years since Britain entered World War One. Britain declared war on Germany at 11pm on August 4, 1914. I saw a 'lights out' event on TV. And I thought 'Ah, that's why there were many crochet poppies in the War Memorial Park in Witham.
