Fading The Memory

Human beings can not recover easily from tragic loss of someone very special, but on the other hand, can forget easily tragedies in others. When the Berlin Wall was destroyed in 1989, I felt world power on the outside. When Iraq War started in 2003, I kept my eyes glued to the TV. When I experienced the great earthquake in 2011 in Japan, I was overwhelmed by hopelessness.

How many people were died in wars and these events in the past?

And today marked eleven years since September 11 attacks. The most important thing is "to pass the memories and lessons of the disasters and events from generation to generation so the tragedy will not be forgotten".
