I made a rusk. According to Wikipedia, a rusk is a hard, dry biscuit or a twice-baked bread. But it seems vary according to countries and regions.

 

I just saute cut crust of bread in fry pan with plenty of butter and added sugar and cinnamon. The crust of bread is always unpopular...
