Overseas

It's misty morning. We decided to have a short holiday next month. We've travelled in England, but haven't travelled other countries for a while. Our next destination is the wonderland of cheese and chocolate:) It must be the best destination for the big mouse and small mouse:)

 

When I lived in Japan, I used to use the word 'overseas' without deeply thinking. 'Overseas' always meant 'all other foreign countries' for me. Maybe this way of thinking is not wrong unless you live in a continental country. But suddenly I re-realised that if you are in a continental country, 'overseas' mean only countries beyond 'the sea'. Who doesn't know??
