Nature Reserve
We walked 'Whet Mead' a natural reserve in Witham. Unfortunately I don't like the area under the bridge of the A12 very much, but the river water was clear.
We've walked here a few times before, it's such a beautiful area. To be honest, I had thought it was a peaceful area, but it was a shock to realise that it was so noisy with the traffic from the A12. I am sure you can enjoy to see these beautiful nature world here without terrible noise.:)
This is the confluence of the rivers River Blackwater and River Brain.
While we were walking, we saw a Red Admiral, a blue dragonfly, many birds,
It must be a nice picnic area if there was not a terrible noise. That's a bit of a pity...
