Cymbeline Meadows Walk

We walked Cymbeline Meadow in Colcheser (Essex). It was a cloudy day and showery rain, but not so bad for walking. We walked about 4 miles from the train station. At first, we walked along a bit of busy traffic road and then peaceful field along the meadows. There was a great field where we usually see from the train window.

How beautiful! Daisies and buttercups were everywhere!

We could see cows in the field as well.

Canada geese were flying over our heads.

We found a lovely big bird house!

It's an easy course, but at the turning point, we got lost. Maybe because we had walked the opposite direction to the map, or we were enchanted by this field after crossing busy road???

Anyway, we corrected the route and passed the top of buntings meadow. We kept walking on the public footpath. Colchester was the capital of Roman Britain and the oldest town in the Britain. So the town is located on the hill. The view from the hill was nice, but also it was a bit up-down course.

This path reminded me of folk:)

The TV programme 'Springwatch' finished last week, but our nature-watch walking will be continued...
