First Thing To Do

I prefer Japanese new year's day, of course. Because you know, it's more traditional and biggest event for us rather than Christmas. But the start of a new year always gives me a feeling of hope and excitement as a new chapter in my life.

We spent the first day of the year at home quietly, because of bad weather, rain and strong wind. First thing we should do this year is to fix a fence in our garden... Repeated storm damaged the fence and now they are inclined at varying angles, as never before... It's getting worse and worse. We've asked for a quotation.
