I had looked for a skin-lightening product, and I found this 'FADE OUT' at Boots. The sun is getting very strong, and I have been concerned about skin-care. It fades pigmentation marks, age spots & freckles, and helps prevent the signs of ageing. It was £9.18. Is this an effective cream? Let's see...
