Lucky Green Tea

We have a custom to greet a New Year with a gift in Japan. However, I think traditional things have been changing and decreasing gradually.

This small green tea was one of them. That's why it's wrapped with lucky colour paper; red and white. And also the zodiac theme sheep of 2015 is printed on it.

Because it past it's prime, this tea was on sale. Due to it being the middle of February, it was offered by a new lower price. But if you remove the wrapping paper, tea is tea. And of course it's NOT after a use-by date. It was a good deal, wasn't it? Sometimes the last is the best.:)
