Bakery

At a Japanese bakery, you may encounter breads you might not know. There are a lot of variations which are called 'souzai pan'. Just imagine a burger or a hotdog in which meat or sausage are sandwiched. The idea is the same; eat prepared food with bun. They are so unique and creative, such as with fried noodles, mochi, sweet beans, custard cream, vegetables, tuna & mayonnaise, cheese, egg etc.

 

I am bread lover. I prefer a simple bread, especially with nuts or seeds. I can't stop buying bread at shop. Yummy, yummy, yummy...
