Grown-Up Kid

During the Christmas, I often saw a Christmas jumper on TV or at shop displays, like Mr. Darcy was wearing in the film 'Bridget Jones'. In the UK it became popular during 1980's after TV presenters begins wearing them during the holiday season. Since then it became a sort of tradition !? In the film it described as something to be embarrassed, but seems like British people like these humorous jumpers:)

What do you think if your boyfriend, husband or someone in your mind wear these sorts of stupid jumper??? No way, it's a childish, I thought at first. But now I am not in a position to cast aspersions because I have two pairs of these animal slippers at my 40's...
